Patrick & Alli Bilger (Owner / Broker/ Investors)
Patrick and Alli are St. Charles residents and keep busy with real estate while raising their son Kai. The Bilgers have been involved with real estate for over 10 years by investing in properties and also assisting clients with buying / selling properties. They've gained great experience by working for Re/MAX and BHHS Select Properties. In 2019, they made there dream come true by opening their company "Hero Realty".
Dale Rowe (Owner, Broker)
Dale and his wife Laura reside in St. Charles County. Prior to starting real estate in 2013, Dale worked full time in Law Enforcement. Since 2013 Dale has kept up his law enforcement certification by working part time with local municipalities. Over the years Laura & Dale have traveled throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. but make their home in St. Charles County. Since 2013, Dale has gained experience in investment properites, working with builders, listing homes, and assiting clients with finding their dream homes during his employment with BHHS Select Properties.
